About Grade A Educational Services

In 2016 Grade A Educational Services was establish a place for workplace readiness skills and computer training for the community. The first program STREAM Camp was very successful as a summer camp for the youth it launched into its own entity, STREAM Academy LLC. Grade A Educational Services discovered another community need for low cost office rental while running the Grade A Center. Many local businesses are able to conduct business with a commercial address due to the Grade A Center.

Grade A Educational Services moved to a second location in Hampton. Located in what is called Hampton Urban, Grade A Educational Services is geared to focus on its original purpose - train workplace readiness skills and help adults find employment. In partnership with the City of Hampton, Grade A Educational Services has launched the Tech Connect Program. Please click the link above for more information.


Gerron DelValle serves and instructor of Digital Marketing and AVIT Tech. Gerron will be available to all trainees to ensure a successful completion

Assistant Director

Dr. Kenya DelValle will be over the Workplace Readiness Skills training which every trainee will partake in to ensure their employability.

Construction Instructor 

John Creath will be the Construction Instructor and navigate trainees through their certifications and proper protective equipment guidelines.

On-Site Training Lead 

Vaughn Demby will lead new trainees in the field as they began to get on the job experience.
